Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician & Hairstylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in skincare services, hair styling, and eyebrow services, and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You will play an important role in enhancing our guests’ experience by providing high-quality treatments and promoting retail products.
Responsibilities
- Perform skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, and eyebrow services (threading and waxing).
- Provide professional hair services, including haircuts and basic styling.
- Maintain proper sanitation of all tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Consult with clients to understand their skincare and hair needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Educate clients on skincare and haircare products and provide product demonstrations.
- Promote and assist with retail sales that complement services provided.
- Deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques in skincare, hair, and beauty services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Mandatory experience in eyebrow threading, haircuts, and waxing.
- Previous experience in esthetics, hairstyling, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in retail sales and product recommendations is a plus.
- Hospitality or salon/spa experience is highly desirable.
