About the Role: We are a growing local tour and transportation company focused on delivering well-organized, enjoyable guest experiences through guided tours and coordinated transportation services.
We are seeking a motivated Operations & Guest Experience Manager to support and oversee daily operations while helping ensure a smooth and consistent guest journey.
This role combines operations coordination, guest services support, and scheduling management. You will play an important part in ensuring guests receive clear communication and a seamless experience from the time of booking through to tour departure and guide handoff.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and update weekly and daily operational schedules for guides and staff
- Adjust schedules efficiently in response to operational changes, bookings, or last-minute updates
- Support day-to-day coordination of tour operations and guide assignments
- Maintain clear and timely communication with office staff, guides, and operations teams
- Assist in managing and coordinating a small fleet of transit vans
- Serve as a point of contact for guest communication and guest services support
- Contact guests as part of the guest experience process and ensure smooth communication from booking through to tour execution
- Support a seamless handoff between office operations and on-the-ground guide teams
- Help identify and implement improvements to streamline operations and guest experience flow
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in operations, coordination, guest services, hospitality, or tourism (preferred)
- Background in transportation, logistics, dispatch, or fleet coordination is an asset
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Clear and professional communication skills, especially in guest-facing situations
- Ability to work independently and make practical day-to-day decisions
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable using scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and basic office systems
- Flexible, reliable, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities
Work Arrangement
- Primarily remote (work from home)
- Part-time / casual weekday schedule (Monday–Friday)
- Seasonal/summer on-site operational support required
