Join our dynamic natural health team as a specialist in Botox injections, laser therapy, and/or natural aesthetics. This natural health centre includes professionals in chiropractic, registered massage therapy, physiotherapy, naturopathy, hypnotherapy and body sugaring.
Responsibilities
- Perform Botox injections to reduce wrinkles and fine lines, ensuring precise and safe application tailored to each client’s needs
- Administer laser therapy treatments for skin rejuvenation, pigmentation correction, and hair removal with attention to safety protocols
- Provide consultations to assess client goals, explain treatment options, and develop customized treatment plans
- Maintain strict sanitation standards before, during, and after procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and ongoing maintenance for optimal results
- Engage with clients through excellent communication skills, building trust and rapport while upselling complementary services such as skincare products or additional aesthetic treatments
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining detailed client records
Experience
- Proven experience performing Botox injections with a thorough understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques
- Knowledge of laser therapy devices, safety procedures, and skin care treatments in a clinical or spa setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with diverse clients
- Experience in retail sales or product demos related to skincare or beauty products is a plus
- Familiarity with sanitation protocols, guest services, and maintaining a professional appearance in a healthcare or beauty environment
- Previous work in hospitality or nail care is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for continuous learning is essential
- Certification in aesthetic procedures or related fields is preferred; ongoing training will be provided to ensure compliance with industry standards

Pay: $17.60-$47.41 per hour
