CNC Operator – Cabinet Manufacturing

Lindenwood Cabinets is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our cabinet manufacturing team.
Previous CNC operating experience is preferred. However, we are willing to train the right person if they have solid cabinet shop experience. Applicants without CNC or cabinet manufacturing experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machinery for cabinet component production
- Load materials and remove completed parts
- Read production drawings, cut lists and job specifications
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
- Label and organize components for assembly
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance
- Monitor tooling and report maintenance or production issues
- Assist with other cabinet shop duties as required
- Follow all workplace safety procedures
Qualifications
- CNC operating experience preferred
- Cabinet shop experience is required if you do not have CNC experience
- Ability to read measurements and production drawings accurately
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Dependable, organized and able to work efficiently
- Comfortable lifting and handling sheet goods and cabinet components
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Full-time hours
Compensation will be based on relevant CNC and cabinet shop experience.
