We are looking for a Line Cook to join the College St Mercatto team located the MaRs building. We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized during busy service.

Prepare and cook menu items from scratch

Communicate with the kitchen and dining room team to support smooth service

Support inventory rotation, restocking, and opening/closing duties

Contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen environment
