Overview
Pipetek Infrastructure Inc is seeking an experienced and dynamic CIPP Project Manager to lead complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. This role involves overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. The CIPP Project Manager will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, vendor relationships, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Duties
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, resources, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Manage project teams by providing leadership, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and quality standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and communicate progress through presentations and reports.
- Oversee vendor management activities including contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and relationship building.
- Utilize tools such as, Microsoft Project and SharePoint for project tracking and documentation.
- Monitor project progress against milestones; identify issues or risks early and implement corrective action.
- Promote continuous improvement by leveraging data analysis skills for project evaluation and process optimization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in CIPP project management with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Supervising experience with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Expertise in vendor management, risk mitigation strategies, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as, SharePoint, Excel, Word and Project Planner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels of the organization.
- Leadership qualities with a focus on team management and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Pay: $95,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
