Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Nanny/Caregiver who is fluent in Tagalog or Spanish to provide dedicated care and support for children and individuals with special needs. Duties
- Provide attentive supervision and care for children or individuals with disabilities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to dietary needs, including meal planning and cooking
- Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, homework help, and recreational activities
- Maintain a clean and organized environment through regular cleaning and tidying of living spaces
- Support developmental activities by teaching age-appropriate skills, including language development in Tagalog or Spanish
- Adapt caregiving approaches to meet the unique needs of individuals with disabilities or special requirements
- Communicate effectively with families about daily progress, concerns, or special instructions
Qualifications
- Fluency in Tagalog or Spanish is required; proficiency in both languages is a plus
- Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to cook nutritious meals and perform light cleaning duties
- Strong caregiving skills with a caring and patient demeanor
- Experience teaching or engaging children in educational activities is advantageous
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing needs of those in care
- Valid background check and references demonstrating reliability and trustworthiness
