This is a front-line customer service role where you’ll be the voice of the organization, supporting customers, troubleshooting issues, and making sure people feel heard and helped.
No extensive experience required — training is provided for the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact for customers and clients
- Listen, troubleshoot, and resolve questions or concerns with patience and care
- Match customer needs with the right solutions
- Communicate clearly and professionally across different teams and backgrounds
- Maintain accurate information and clear reporting
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to know everything — you need to want to learn.
You bring:
- Experience in a customer-facing role (retail, service, call centre, hospitality, etc.)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Patience and confidence in handling challenging situations
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems or processes
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience as a team leader, assistant, or in a leadership-support role
- A track record of learning new skills and growing in your roles
- The ability to speak more than one language

Role Details
- Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Location: Multiple locations, some in-person, some hybrid, some virtual
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Compensation: $800 - $900 per week, based on experience
