Come join our dynamic team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and RTW Co-ordinator Kinesiologist with our well-established business in Hand Therapy. We have been servicing the Greater Victoria and area since 1983. We take pride in providing a comfortable work atmosphere conducive for excellent practice and on-going learning.
We are looking for either:

One full time Physiotherapist to work out of our Langford/Westshore location
And/Or
2 to 3 Part time Physiotherapists
- 3 days/week in Langford/Westshore location for up to 2 physiotherapists
- 2 days/week in Victoria location for 1 physiotherapist
Hours are flexible and variable Monday to Friday. Our offices are closed on weekends and statutory holidays.
New grads or therapists new to Hand Therapy are welcome to apply as well and those with experience. Ongoing mentorship and training are available, and we look forward to expanding our current staff knowledge that new team members bring.
Salary Range
Salary is varied and dependent on scheduled appointments/hours worked and experience. Anticipated salary range for full time position is approximately $80,000 - $120,000+/year

Job Description/Requirements
· Full registration as a Physiotherapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC)
· Optional: Certification in Hand Therapy (CHT)
· Clinical and therapeutic assessments of clients needs
· Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with clients and staff
· Ability to organize workload
· Implementing a comprehensive treatment plan for clients based on their individual needs
· Maintaining records for patient treated according to college regulations
