Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and communicating with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Perform hair styling services such as cutting, coloring, and styling hair according to client preferences and requests.
- Upsell salon products and services to clients to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment.
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling cash transactions.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a hair stylist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their hair care needs.
- Knowledge of current hair styling trends, techniques, and products.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced salon environment.
- Retail sales experience is a plus.
