Cattail Crossing Golf and Winter Club – 2026 Season
Cattail Crossing Golf and Winter Club is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Teaching Professional / Pro Shop Staff member to join our team for the 2026 golf season. This role is ideal for a Teaching Professional, Apprentice, or PGA of Canada Teaching Professional who enjoys instruction, customer service, and being part of a dynamic golf operation.

- Position: Teaching Professional / Pro Shop Staff
- Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
- Season: 2026 Golf Season
Compensation
- Pro Shop Duties: $17–$23 per hour, based on experience
- Teaching & Instruction: Up to $35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Instruction
- Deliver private and group golf lessons
- Lead junior camps and junior golf programs
- Support player development programs and instructional clinics
- Assist with growing and promoting instructional programs
- Provide a positive, engaging learning experience for all skill levels
Pro Shop & Golf Operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
- Operate the Pro Shop point-of-sale (POS) system accurately
- Manage tee time bookings, check-ins, and phone/email inquiries
- Assist customers with merchandise purchases and product knowledge
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional Pro Shop environment
- Assist with merchandising, inventory, and retail displays
- Support tournaments, leagues, and special events
- Communicate effectively with the golf operations team
Qualifications & Skills
- Teaching Professional, Apprentice, or PGA of Canada Teaching Professional
- Friendly, professional, and reliable attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and player development
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Retail or customer service experience is an asset
