Overview
We are seeking a professional, experienced and personable Viewing Agent to join our team for showing our new rental show suites. This role involves engaging with prospective tenants, providing detailed property information, and ensuring a positive viewing experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to effectively showcase properties to potential renters. Multilingual abilities and experience in property management or administrative roles are highly valued to enhance client interactions and streamline the viewing process. A licensed realtor looking for extra work would be ideal.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective tenants and guide them through rental show suites with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide comprehensive information about property features, amenities, and leasing options
- Conduct property tours, highlighting key selling points to attract qualified tenants
- Address questions and concerns from visitors, ensuring a positive experience
- Assist in marketing efforts by promoting available units through various channels when appropriate
- Collaborate with property management team to ensure properties are presentable and ready for showings
- Record visitor feedback and communicate insights to management for continuous improvement

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
