EAU Mechanical Services Ltd. is a growing, family-owned mechanical company specializing in commercial plumbing, restoration, HVAC support, and building maintenance services. We take pride in quality workmanship, strong safety culture, and building long-term relationships with our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumber to join our team.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a dependable Journeyman Plumber with strong experience in commercial service and maintenance. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable working independently while representing EAU Mechanical with pride on job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform commercial plumbing service, maintenance, and repairs
- Installation and servicing of domestic water systems, PRVs, backflow assemblies, booster pumps, and drainage systems
- Troubleshooting and diagnostics of mechanical systems
- Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
- Completing service reports and documentation clearly and accurately
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicating professionally with property managers, site contacts, and office staff
- Adhering to company safety policies and WorkSafeBC requirements
- Valid Journeyman Plumber Certification (Red Seal preferred)
Assets (Not Required but an Advantage):
- Backflow testing certification
- Gas fitting certification
- Experience in strata and commercial building maintenance
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean abstract
- Minimum 3–5 years of commercial plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with service work and building maintenance an asset
- Ability to work independently and manage daily workload
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
