We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our team as a Route Sales & Delivery Manager.
This role combines delivery, customer relationship management, and sales growth within an assigned territory.
What You'll Do
As a Route Sales & Delivery Manager, you will manage a territory of existing customers while delivering products, building relationships, and growing sales on your route.

The territory this role will primarily support includes the southeast portion of the Greater Toronto Area, extending outward to areas such as:
- Scarborough
- Belleville
- Lindsay
- Peterborough
Routes may occasionally require longer travel days or overnight trips, depending on customer needs.
Territories may evolve as the business grows. There may be opportunities in the future to adjust routes or service different regions based on employee preferences and operational needs.
In some cases, depending on location and efficiency, company vehicles may be permitted to be taken home and parked overnight if it reduces unnecessary travel and improves route efficiency.

We believe in being upfront about what the job involves.
This is not just a driving job.
Some days you may:
- Lift and move a high volume of batteries
- Drive a truck with air brakes
- Deliver to busy automotive shops and warehouses
- Handle warranty questions or pricing pushback from customers
- Expected to constantly provide a high level of customer care
- Occasionally travel overnight to service more distant customers
This role requires someone who is physically capable, dependable, and comfortable interacting with people.
If you enjoy working hard and taking ownership of your work, you’ll do well here.
