Firehouse Subs Team Member (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Pay: $17.60–$18.10 per hour (based on experience, performance, and ability to work independently)

Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to Firehouse Subs standards.
- Slice meats, cheeses, and vegetables while maintaining quality and freshness.
- Complete daily food preparation tasks and ensure ingredients are stocked.
Customer Service
- Welcome every guest with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
- Process cash and card payments.
- Answer customer questions and recommend menu items when appropriate.
- Help create an outstanding dining experience for every guest.
Cleaning & Food Safety
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, dining room, washrooms, and work areas.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, labeling, and storage procedures.
- Complete regular cleaning duties, including dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, and restocking.
Teamwork
- Work together with team members to keep the restaurant running smoothly during busy periods.
- Assist with inventory counts and notify management when supplies are running low.
- Support teammates and help create a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous food service or customer service experience is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Availability Requirements
We are currently looking for team members with open and flexible availability. Applicants should be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and closing shifts.
