Role Overview
We’re hiring a Social Media Producer to lead the creative direction, production, and editing of our video content. You’ll be responsible for bringing our brand to life through engaging short- and long-form videos across multiple platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Conceptualize creative video ideas aligned with our brand and current trends
- Plan, shoot, and edit content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube
- Produce both studio-style and on-location content (including events, pop-ups, and activations)
- Stay on top of social media trends and adapt them to fit our brand voice
- Collaborate on content calendars and campaign ideas
- Optimize videos for performance (hooks, pacing, captions, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience shooting and editing video content for social media
- A deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube content styles and trends
- Ability to take ideas from concept to final edit independently
- Comfortable filming both in controlled environments and on location at events
- Creative thinker with a strong visual eye and storytelling ability
- Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
Bonus Points
- Experience working with fashion or lifestyle brands
- Photography skills for product or campaign shoots
- Basic knowledge of social analytics and performance tracking
Details
- Flexible / freelance or part-time (open to discussion)
- Mix of remote work and on-location shooting required
- Based locally or able to travel for shoots and events
