The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Metal Roofing Labourers to join our crews. This is an entry-level position with a clear pathway to promotion. For the right individual who shows initiative, masters the skills, and demonstrates leadership qualities, there are immediate opportunities to advance into Installer, Lead Hand, or Crew Foreperson roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of metal roofing systems and components.
- Load, unload, and stage roofing materials and equipment at the shop and on job sites.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Reliability & Transit: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the shop daily.
- Physical Capability: Must be able to comfortably and repetitively lift 49+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day.
- Comfort with Heights: Must be entirely comfortable working on roofs and at various heights.
- Weather Resilient: Willingness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, light rain).
- Attitude: You must take direction well, be highly dependable, and possess a strong, self-motivated work ethic.
- Fall Arrest preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
