Are you a high-energy multi-tasker who enjoys the challenge of We are looking for a Salvage Auction Sales Coordinator to manage the end-to-end sale of diverse salvage assets across Canada. One day you might be moving damaged heavy ag equipment in Saskatchewan, and the next, you’re coordinating the sale of commercial cargo or household goods in the Maritimes.

Your mission is simple: Connect salvage items with the right buyers, quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Auction Management: Coordinate the listing, promotion, and sale process for a wide variety of salvage items (Farm/Heavy Agriculture, Cargo, Commercial, and Residential).
- Buyer Prospecting: Proactively identify and "hunt" for new buyers across Canada to ensure competitive bidding and maximum recovery.
- Logistics Coordination: Act as the central point of communication between sellers, and potential buyers.
- Pipeline Management: Handle a high volume of files simultaneously with strict attention to detail and deadlines.
- Outbound Outreach: Utilize cold-calling and networking skills to build a robust database of niche buyers for specialized equipment.
- End-to-End Auction Coordination: Assist and launch all digital auctions, ensuring all listings are accurate and compelling.
- Vendor & Buyer Relations: Acting as the main point of contact for each auction and a smooth post-auction checkout and transition.
What You Bring to the Table
- Knowledge: You have experience with equipment and products, such as Agricultural, Construction and Manufacturing.
- Communication Mastery: You can talk to anyone—from a farmer in rural Alberta to a corporate executive in Toronto.
- High-Speed Execution: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift by the hour.
- Organizational Skills: You’re a "logistics wizard" who can track multiple moving parts without dropping the ball.
- Sales Grit: Experience with cold calling or proactive lead generation is a major asset. You aren't afraid to pick up the phone to find the right buyer.
- National Perspective: Comfort working with clients and buyers from coast to coast.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Auction Management: Ability to accurately discern, describe, and track auction lot assets.
- Sales & Client Relationship Management: Knowledge of (or a quick ability to learn) various sectors: Agricultural, Industrial, Construction and Commercial goods.
- Strong technical literacy (CRM, auction platforms, and Google Workplace).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while remaining a team player.
- Auction Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with auction processes.
- Appraiser: Familiarity with appraising would be an asset.
