Assistant Manager — Sprucewood Tack Shop, Arva
Sprucewood Tack Shop is a family-owned equestrian retailer with over 38 years in the industry. We operate two physical locations, three mobile show trailers, and one of the fastest growing e-commerce equestrian sites in Canada — and we are building the team that will carry us into our next chapter of growth.
We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our Arva location who is as invested in the success of the whole business as they are in their own store.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Work collaboratively with the full Sprucewood team to develop and execute strategies that drive performance across the business
- Lead and develop our team at our Arva location
- Monitor team performance and provide consistent coaching and feedback
- Maintain a welcoming, well-organized store environment that reflects the Sprucewood standard
- Handle customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and sound judgment

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
