Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Medical Aesthetician to join our skincare and beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, perform advanced skin treatments, and promote a welcoming environment. The Medical Aesthetician will play a key role in enhancing clients’ confidence through personalized skincare solutions and aesthetic procedures.
Duties
- Perform various skin care treatments including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion
- Conduct body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application services
- Assist clients with product demos and recommend suitable skincare products
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing client needs and questions
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas
- Engage in retail sales by upselling skincare products and treatment packages
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments and greeting clients
- Educate clients on skincare routines, treatments, and aftercare instructions
- Support the team with nail care services when applicable
- Participate in promotional events and assist with product demonstrations to enhance client experience
Experience
- Proven experience as a Medical Aesthetician or in a similar skincare role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in skincare treatments
- Experience with retail sales, upselling, and product demos to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Familiarity with front desk operations, guest services, and hospitality etiquette is advantageous
- Additional skills such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair styling, or nail care are considered a plus
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a professional appearance and demeanor

Pay: $50.00-$100.00 per hour
