At Luminous Dental Centre, we've proudly cared for the Port Coquitlam community for over 40 years and are looking for an experienced Certified Dental Assistant to become an integral part of our team.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) that offers a balance of clinical assisting and occasional front desk support. The successful candidate will have at least one year of CDA experience, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to support both the clinical and administrative sides of the practice as needed.

Duties
- Assist dentists during a variety of clinical procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care.
- Take dental radiographs and maintain accurate patient records.
- Follow sterilization and infection prevention protocols.
- Provide exceptional patient care in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, answering phones, checking patients in and out, and other front desk responsibilities as needed.
- Support the clinical team by maintaining an organized, efficient workflow throughout the day.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
Requirements
- Valid Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) license with BCCOHP.
- 1+ years of CDA experience required.
- Experience working in a dental office environment.
- Experience using Tracker Dental Software is an asset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Committed to providing exceptional patient care.
- Willing to support front desk operations as needed.
- Available to work one Saturday per month.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
