Opportunity for EXPERIENCED "Gravel Truck and Pup Drivers".
- Based from Ladysmith, B.C.
- Applicants must currently reside within central island area and willing to start/finish day from truck yard in Ladysmith area.
- Preference to "Experienced" applicants with gravel hauling history, but willing to train the right applicant.
- Experience with loading and moving heavy equipment on a tag trailer behind the gravel truck is a very strong asset.
- Must have a clean valid British Columbia "Class 1" drivers license
- Must be reliable and have own transportation to and from the truck yard
- Capable and perform daily pre and post trip inspections on the truck and trailer
- Mechanically inclined for basic maintenance
- Responsible for truck regular daily care (greasing, fluid levels, bulb replacement, etc..)
- Work Monday to Friday within central Vancouver Island region.
- Be home at night and weekends.
- Newer fleet of well maintained gravel trucks.
