DMS Montessori Preschool and Daycare Inc. is excited to announce the opening of our newest Montessori campus in North York, Ontario, in 2027. We are now accepting applications from dedicated professionals who would like to join our founding team and help establish a thriving, high-quality Montessori learning community.
We are seeking exceptional individuals for a variety of positions within our preschool and childcare programs. Elementary program is in the pipeline as well.
Current Opportunities
Montessori Casa Teacher
- Montessori Diploma (MACTE or AMI)
- Experience leading a Montessori Casa classroom
- Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and classroom management
Montessori Infant/Toddler Teacher
- Montessori Toddler Certification (MACTE or AMI)
- Experience working with children aged 18 months to 3 years
- Ability to foster independence and confidence in young learners
Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE)
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE) RECE
- Knowledge of child development and early learning frameworks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Assistant Teacher / Classroom Assistant
- Experience working with young children in a childcare setting
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to support classroom routines and daily operations
School Supervisor / Centre Director of Daily Operations (looking to fill this position first)
- Leadership experience in a licensed childcare setting (min 2 years)
- Strong understanding of Ministry of Education and licensing requirements
- Experience managing staff, enrollment, family relations, and daily operations
Kitchen
- Experience preparing nutritious meals and snacks for children
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and dietary requirements
- Food Handler Certification required
Before & After School Educator
- Experience working with school-aged children
- Ability to plan engaging activities and support children's social development
- RECE designation

Qualifications
Depending on the position applied for, candidates may require:
- Montessori certification (must be MACTE or AMI certified/accredited)
- RECE designation and membership in good standing with the CECE
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C Certification
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
- Relevant education and experience in childcare, education, administration
