About Us: Kibo Market is a bustling Grab and Go market dedicated to offering fresh Asian cuisine and delectable sushi to our customers. Located at Union Station, we take pride in providing high-quality, authentic flavors in a fast-paced environment.
Position Available: We are currently hiring experienced Sushi Bar or Kitchen staff to contribute to the success of our market.
Positions require availability starting from 7:00 AM.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sushi preparation and presentation
- Strong knowledge of various American-style sushi types and techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Experience with prep work and maintaining kitchen organization
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in high-volume or sushi restaurants preferred
- This position involves kitchen prep, stocking ingredients, and handling supplies.
Must be able to lift and carry heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.60-$21.00 per hour
