About the Role
Culligan Niagara is seeking an experienced Client Success & Business Development Manager to support customer
retention, business growth, client relationship management, and customer experience initiatives across residential
and commercial markets. This senior-level role requires a mature and highly professional individual with extensive
experience in customer relations, client management, business development, leadership, and communication. The
successful candidate will play an important role in supporting both English and Spanish-speaking clients across the
Niagara Region market.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with residential and commercial clients
- Support customer retention and client satisfaction initiatives
- Professionally manage customer concerns, escalations, and conflict resolution
- Support business development and account growth initiatives
- Assist with B2B relationship management and client communications
- Collaborate with management and operational teams to improve customer experience and service efficiency
- Support marketing, outreach, and client engagement initiatives
- Coordinate with internal departments to maintain high customer service standards
- Assist with project development and operational support initiatives
- Maintain detailed customer records, communications, and follow-up activities
- Represent the company professionally in all customer and business interactions
Qualifications
- Advanced professional communication skills in both English and Spanish, written and verbal
- Minimum 20 years of customer-facing experience in customer service, customer relations, account management, hospitality, or client success environments
- Minimum 3 years of experience in management, leadership, business development, or operations coordination roles
- Experience in B2B relationship management and direct client support required
- Experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or customer engagement initiatives required
- Strong conflict resolution, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of customer retention and relationship-building strategies
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, hospitality management, communications, or related fields is
required
- Ontario Human Rights Code and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act training completed
- Worker Health and Safety Awareness training completed
- Valid G2 Driver's License
