Core Responsibilities of the Position:
- Provide support for individuals to set and reach personal goals
- Support individuals to participate in the community; including educational, recreational, and religious activities
- Assist individuals with personal care, as required; including medication administration, bathing, skin care, and personal hygiene
- Provide support to complete duties within the home; including maintaining a clean and safe environment and the preparation of nutritious meals
- Assist with the development and maintenance of social and personal relationships
- Provide information to individuals to support the development of informed decision-making skills
- Complete computerized documentation, daily reporting and medical follow-up, etc.
- Promote the mission and values of the organization in the workplace and community

Requirements
- Vulnerable Sector Check (6-months current)
- Valid Class "G" Ontario Driver's License (Agency vehicle will be available while providing supports)
- 3-year driver's abstract
- Proof of $2million third party liability insurance
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.38-$25.06 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
