Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of industrial maintenance processes. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all plant equipment and systems. The Maintenance Manager will lead a team of technicians, coordinate maintenance projects, and implement preventative strategies to minimize downtime and optimize operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of work.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, including predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
- Oversee daily maintenance operations across all plant equipment, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and low voltage systems.
- Manage maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and asset histories.
- Coordinate with production departments to plan maintenance activities that minimize production disruptions.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues using schematics, PLCs, and other technical documentation.
- Oversee projects related to equipment upgrades or installations, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards by conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment performance data.
- Collaborate with management on budget planning for maintenance operations.
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment with a focus on maintenance management.
- Strong background in mechanical knowledge and electrical systems, including HVAC and low voltage systems.
- Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and industrial automation systems.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to industrial maintenance practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
