We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Front Desk Guest Services Representative to provide exceptional service to our guests from check-in to check-out. As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and make reservations.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and hotel reservation systems (training provided)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule Requirements
This is a full-time position. Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including:
- Days
- Evenings
- Weekends
- Holidays
Shift schedules will vary based on business needs.
