We are rapidly growing and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Amazon Account Manager to join our team and support our expanding operations.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Amazon Ads Manager who can oversee our Amazon marketplace operations from A to Z. The ideal candidate must be able to manage daily performance, optimize listings, coordinate shipments, handle returns and cases, and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time, in-office position located in Vaughan, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire Amazon Seller Central account (FBA & FBM).
- Oversee PPC campaigns, adjust bids, monitor performance, and improve ROI.
- Monitor account health and metrics, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.
- Create new product listings and variations; update existing ones with improved titles, bullet points, keywords, and images.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize listings for SEO and conversion.
- Investigate and resolve suppressed listings or ASIN issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, ad performance, and account updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, rankings, and product visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong knowledge of FBA workflow, product listing creation, keyword optimization, and PPC campaigns.
- Experience handling case management, returns, and customer inquiries.
- Ability to create, edit, and optimize listings using industry-standard tools.
- Excellent command of English, written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
