Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cabinet Delivery Specialist to join our team. This role involves transporting, delivering, and ensuring the proper installation of cabinets and related materials to various job sites across. The ideal candidate will have experience with construction-related tasks, possess strong physical stamina, and demonstrate excellent time management skills. Responsibilities
- Safely load, transport, and deliver cabinets and associated materials to designated locations.
- Assist with the unloading and staging of products at job sites.
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure timely and accurate setup of cabinetry.
- Follow schematics, blueprints, or schematic diagrams to verify correct placement and orientation of cabinets.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to assist with minor assembly or adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment during deliveries and installations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding delivery schedules or site-specific instructions.
- Adhere to safety protocols during all phases of transportation and delivery operations.
Experience
- Prior experience in cabinet installation, construction, or related trades such as carpentry or woodworking is preferred.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, or construction drawings is advantageous.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting, and assembly tasks required for handling cabinetry or similar products.
- Knowledge of construction processes including concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical work, or restoration is a plus but not mandatory.
- Previous roles involving construction estimating or manufacturing are beneficial.
- Handyman experience or skills in flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, rebar installation, or CNC operations can be valuable assets. This position requires physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking at various job sites. Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards throughout all tasks performed.
Pay: From $200.00 per day
