Beaverco Ltd. is a Calgary-based general contracting and property maintenance company providing renovation, repair, and maintenance services for residential and multi-family properties. We work with property managers, building owners, and tenants to complete a wide range of projects, including unit turnovers, drywall repairs, painting, flooring, tile, cabinetry, plumbing coordination, doors, windows, general repairs, cleaning, landscaping, and snow removal.

Responsibilities
Complete general maintenance and repair work, including:
Drywall patching and minor repairs
Interior painting and touch-ups
Baseboard, casing, and trim repairs
Door, lock, handle, and hinge adjustments or replacements
Minor flooring repairs
Caulking and silicone work
Cabinet, vanity, and countertop minor repairs
Basic plumbing repairs such as faucet, toilet, drain, and fixture replacement
Basic electrical tasks such as light fixture, switch, and outlet replacement, where permitted
Window, screen, and blind repairs
Unit turnover repairs and deficiency lists
General inspection of maintenance issues and reporting findings
Taking clear before and after photos of completed work
Keeping work areas clean and safe
Picking up materials when required
Requirements
Previous handyman, maintenance, renovation, or construction experience is required
Ability to complete repairs independently and efficiently
Strong knowledge of common tools and materials
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate clearly with the office team
Comfortable working in occupied tenant units and common areas
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred
Own tools preferred
Ability to provide photos and updates from job sites
Basic English communication skills required
