Sales Associate – BENATRA Korean Fashion Boutique (Coquitlam)
BENATRA is a stylish Korean fashion boutique offering high-end ladies’ apparel, jewelry, handbags, and accessories imported from South Korea. Our boutiques are located inside Hanin Village in Coquitlam, serving customers who appreciate modern Korean fashion and unique curated pieces.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and fashion-forward Sales Associates & Social Media Creator (Full-Time and Part-Time) who enjoy working in a team environment and creating exceptional shopping experiences for our customers.
If you love fashion, enjoy connecting with people, and are motivated to grow in retail sales, we would love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Assist customers with styling, product selection, and recommendations
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Support inventory organization and stock replenishment
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals
- Follow sales strategies and product knowledge provided during in-store training
What We're Looking For
- Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
- Passion for fashion and customer service
- Ability to confidently engage with customers and build relationships
- 2+ years of previous retail or sales experience is an asset (but training will be provided)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Availability for weekdays and/or weekends
- Ability to speak Korean, Mandarin, or Cantonese is an asset

- Type: Full-Time (30–40 hours/week) or Part-Time (3–4 days/week)
