Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service department. This is a vital role in our dealership, as you will be the main point of contact for customers seeking automotive repairs and maintenance. Duties: - Greet customers and assist them with scheduling appointments for automotive repairs and maintenance - Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle's issues - Provide customers with detailed explanations of recommended repairs and associated costs - Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer's vehicle - Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the repair process - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments received - Address any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner Qualifications: - Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers - Basic mechanical knowledge to understand and explain vehicle repairs - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in cash handling procedures - Sales experience is a plus, as upselling is an important aspect of this role We offer competitive pay based on experience, along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
