The Sales Consultant plays a critical role in helping homeowners bring their renovation goals to life. Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process, this individual will build relationships, understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and guide clients through the decision-making process while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will combine consultative selling, product expertise, and exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective customers to understand their renovation needs and recommend Bath Fitter solutions.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations that highlight product features, benefits, and value.
- Build trust and credibility with homeowners through a consultative and customer-focused sales approach.
- Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through proposal presentation and close.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services that enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain strong follow-up practices to support customer engagement and maximize conversion rates.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions to questions or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and customer information within company systems.
- Support showroom presentation and merchandising efforts to ensure a professional customer environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale through installation.

- Confident, direct communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Highly disciplined in managing pipeline, follow-up, and customer engagement.
- Confidently guide customers through the decision-making process and close the sale in a single consultation where possible.
- High degree of autonomy in building your own pipeline and maximizing earning potential
- Demonstrated ability to influence purchasing decisions and close sales opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Comfort working with CRM, iPad, POS, or other sales technology platforms.
- Bilingual abilities are considered an asset.
- Experience within home renovation, construction, or building products industries is considered an asset.
