- Days: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Afternoons: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM (Sunday to Thursday)
- Midnights: 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM (Sunday to Thursday)
Our client is urgently hiring reliable, motivated, and hardworking Production Associates / General Labourers to join their fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, can perform in a team setting, and are seeking long-term, stable employment with opportunities for overtime.
- Pay Rate:
- $20.20/hour (days)
- $21.55/hour (afternoons and midnights, including shift premium)
- Full-time hours with overtime opportunities
- Perform general labour duties within a manufacturing/production environment
- Support production lines to meet daily targets and output requirements
- Load, unload, and move materials and finished products
- Inspect products for quality, defects, and accuracy
- Operate basic machinery and equipment safely (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Assist team members and supervisors as required
- Able to work assigned shifts (days, afternoons, or midnights)
- Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Previous manufacturing or general labour experience is an asset but not required
