Job Summary
TDOT CARS is currently seeking self-starting, highly motivated individuals, with proven track records in customer service or sales to join their dynamic team of Sales Consultants in Brampton. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers visiting our location.

Duties
- Proactively follow up with leads daily to maximize conversion rates and maintain a targeted closing ratio.
- Conduct thorough customer needs assessments by asking strategic questions to match them with the most suitable vehicle and financing options.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and clients.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong communication with clients.
Experience
- Demonstrated sales experience in the automotive sector (or a similar customer-facing sales role).
- OMVIC licensed required.
- 1 Year of auto-sales experience is required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Multilingual skills are an asset
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
