Come spend your summer in beautiful Kelowna on the water! Okanagan Parasail is looking for energetic, reliable, and adventurous deckhands to join our crew for the 2026 summer season, with the opportunity to be trained as a parasail captain for future seasons.

What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting the captain with safety checks, equipment setup, and cleaning.
- Fitting guests with lifejackets, boarding the boat, and harnessing them for flight.
- Helping with launching and landing guests in the parasail chute.
- Communicating with guests to ensure a safe and fun experience.
- Taking and promoting photo packages to capture guest memories.
- Assisting at the kiosk with bookings and guest check-ins when needed.
- Keeping the boat and equipment clean and well-maintained.
- Learning the craft of becoming a parasail captain
What We're Looking For
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working around water
- Interested in entering the commercial boating industry
- Looking for consistent seasonal work year after year
- Experience driving a boat is definitely a bonus, however we’re willing to train the right candidate
- There are no age restrictions, we've trained captains from as young as 18.
