Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial and Residential Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and laborers to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
- Review project plans, blueprints, and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and documentation.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Assist in budgeting processes by providing accurate construction estimates and monitoring expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, safety reports, and material usage.
