Munditia Industrial Cleaning Solutions Inc. is a family-owned commercial cleaning company based in Rocky Mountain House. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person who takes pride in their work and does not mind getting their hands dirty—the clean way.
What We Offer
- Starting wage of $20.00 per hour
- Approximately 15–20+ hours per week
- Consistent evening and weekend work
- Training on cleaning products, and workplace procedures
- A performance and wage review after three months, with the opportunity for a wage increase based on satisfactory performance
- Potential for additional hours as the company continues to grow
Position Responsibilities
- Cleaning commercial spaces, including washrooms, lunchrooms, offices, common areas, and designated shop areas
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and detailed floor cleaning
- Emptying garbage and recycling
- Cleaning and sanitizing high-touch surfaces
- Washing walls, spot-cleaning marks, and completing detailed wipe-downs
- Restocking client supplies as required
- Safely using cleaning products and following workplace procedures, WHMIS requirements, and Safety Data Sheets
- Completing physically active work involving prolonged standing, bending, reaching, and lifting or carrying cleaning supplies and equipment
Schedule
- Primarily evening and weekend shifts
- Approximately 15–20+ hours per week
- Additional hours may become available as the company grows
Travel Requirements
Some shifts are located approximately 30 minutes outside Rocky Mountain House. Team members often carpool; however, applicants must have reliable transportation when carpooling is unavailable and may occasionally be asked to drive.

Employment Requirements
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check
- Sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement
- Follow client privacy, security, and access requirements
- Agree to the company’s confidentiality and non-solicitation policies
