Server / Bottle Service Host
Position Summary
We are seeking energetic, professional, and customer-focused Servers/Bottle Service to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest experiences, deliver outstanding service, and contribute to a high-energy nightlife environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and professionally.
- Present menus, beverage lists, and bottle service packages.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Upsell premium spirits, champagne, cocktails, and bottle service packages.
- Deliver beverages and food efficiently while maintaining service standards.
- Prepare and present bottle service with proper garnishes and presentation.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest tabs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
- Work closely with bartenders, hosts, security, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all liquor laws, company policies, and responsible alcohol service practices.
Qualifications
- Previous serving, hospitality, nightclub, or bottle service experience preferred.
- Smart Serve Certification required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation
- Hourly wage plus tips and gratuities.
- Flexible scheduling.
Pay: $17.20 per hour
