One Horizon Living is an Edmonton based builder and developer specializing in single family homes and multi family residential developments. Our portfolio includes new community builds, purpose built rentals, and infill multi family developments throughout Edmonton and the surrounding area.
As our construction pipeline continues to grow, we are looking to add an experienced Site Supervisor to our team.
This role is ideal for someone with experience supervising both production and custom single family construction, as well as infill multi family projects, who is looking to join a company with exciting long term growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operations of multiple residential construction sites.
- Supervise projects ranging from production and custom single family homes to infill multi family developments.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and inspections.
- Maintain construction schedules and ensure projects remain on time and within budget.
- Monitor workmanship and maintain the highest quality standards.
- Ensure all work complies with Alberta Building Code and Occupational Health & Safety requirements.
- Identify issues early and develop practical solutions to keep projects moving.
- Complete quality control inspections, deficiency walkthroughs, and project closeouts.
- Maintain accurate site reports and communicate project progress with management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience supervising residential construction.
- Experience with single family homes and/or multi family residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction practices and sequencing.
- Ability to read architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self motivated with the ability to manage multiple active projects.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence and reliable transportation.
