Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dependable Pizza Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the friendly face delivering hot, delicious pizzas directly to our customers’ doors, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Your enthusiasm, excellent driving skills, and commitment to customer service will help us create memorable moments for our guests. The shift slots available range from 4pm start time-closing (1 am/3am on weekends).
Preference will be given to those available until closing time.
Responsibilities
- Follow designated route driving plans to optimize delivery efficiency and ensure timely arrivals.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and handling any special requests professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle
- Accurately process deliveries by verifying orders against receipts and ensuring all items are delivered in perfect condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road, demonstrating responsible driving at all times.
- Drivers must wear Pizza Hotline uniform (hat and shirt) with black pants, black shoes (must be closed toe and heel) and either a window sign or magnetic car-top.
Experience
- Previous delivery driver experience preferred, especially with courier or food delivery services.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to navigate routes efficiently using GPS or route planning tools.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus.
