General Labourer – Waterproofing & Construction

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience
We are looking for a motivated, dependable General Labourer to join our growing team based in Courtice. This position offers a variety of work in both the foundation waterproofing and construction/carpentry trades. If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new skills, and being part of a hardworking team, we’d like to hear from you.
Requirements
- Valid Ontario G Class Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general labour within the construction industry.
- Construction or carpentry experience is considered a strong asset.
- Must own basic hand tools.
- Physically capable of standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting 50 lbsrepeatedly throughout the workday.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
- Able to take direction, work efficiently, and contribute as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Assist with foundation waterproofing projects.
- Perform general construction and carpentry labour as required.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
- Follow all company safety procedures and standards.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
