We are seeking Halfway House Attendants to join our on-course Food & Beverage team to continue to evolve and elevate the member experience across all areas of the Club.
Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, Halfway House Attendants are the frontline ambassadors of the on-course Food & Beverage team. They play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our members and guests by efficiently managing all aspects of the on-course food and beverage operation, including:
- Providing a high level of service by efficiently exceeding member expectations
- Making & serving sandwiches, wraps and beverages in an efficient manner while adhering to all Occupational Health & Safety and AGLC Regulations
- Effectively master the POS system including opening/ closing protocols & daily cash outs
- Maintaining the cleanliness, organization & appearance of the Halfway House and/ Beverage Cart
- Greeting and assisting members & guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Address member inquiries, concerns and feedback promptly and professionally
Qualifications
· ProServe Certification (required)
· Previous Food & Beverage or golf course experience is helpful but not required
· Individuals in this role will succeed if they can effectively multitask by making multiple items at once while engaging in friendly conversation with our members, guests and ONE EARL Team
Schedule & Availability
· The Halfway House is open 7 days/ week, from 7am – 9pm; day, evening & weekend shifts are required
· This is a seasonal position with an anticipated golf course closing date of October 12, 2026
