Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, scrubbing, staging, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Organize and declutter areas as requested by clients, maintaining an orderly environment.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Provide a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Be able to take constructive criticism.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Time management skills to ensure timely completion of cleaning duties.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Attention to detail in all aspects of cleaning and organization.
- A willingness to learn new techniques or methods for enhancing cleaning efficiency.
- A good working vehicle and a valid drivers license. *Absolute must*
Position begins as casual/ on call, and as our clientelle grows so will your hours.
