Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists with dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and answer patient inquiries.
- Maintain accurate medical records and manage inventory.
- Support medication administration procedures under supervision.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Keep up-to-date with medical terminology and pharmacy procedures.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in pharmacy settings or hospital environments.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent patient care skills and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle medication administration tasks accurately.
- Prior experience as a pharmacy assistant is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Certification or diploma in pharmacy assistance or related field preferred.
