What You'll Do:

Drive new business through strategic prospecting, referrals, and networking.

Meet face-to-face with business owners to provide HR & Health & Safety solutions.

Build lasting relationships with key referral partners.

Exceed sales targets in a dynamic, high-reward environment.

Manage your pipeline effectively using a CRM system.
What We're Looking For:

5+ years of proven B2B field sales experience.

Strong consultative selling skills with a value-driven approach.

Confidence in selling to business owners and senior decision-makers.

A valid G driver's license (this is a field-based role).

A competitive, results-driven mindset and a passion for sales success.
