Location: Lakeshore & Royal York Area, Toronto

We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Property Maintenance Worker to help maintain a small group of apartment buildings located within short walking distance of one another in the Lakeshore / Royal York area.
This role is ideal for someone looking for extra income alongside another job, school, or self-employment, and who appreciates a flexible work schedule.
Duties Include:
- Taking garbage, recycling, and bulk items to curb on collection days
- Garbage clean-up around buildings and exterior areas
- Sweeping and mopping hallways/common areas
- Window cleaning and general building upkeep
- Yard work, seasonal clean-up, grass and weed trimming
- Snow shovelling and salting in winter
- General labour and property maintenance tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to lift heavier items when required
- Comfortable handling garbage and occasional messes
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Property maintenance, janitorial, landscaping, renovation, or general labour experience is an asset but not required
Schedule:
Hours and days are somewhat flexible and majority of tasks can be completed on your own schedule, provided work is completed within reasonable hours.
Some availability Monday–Wednesday is preferred due to garbage collection schedules, but other hours can be completed throughout the week.
This position is best suited for someone looking for steady supplemental income, rather than full-time hours.
Opportunity for Additional Hours:
We also complete renovations from time to time. For the right person, there may be opportunities for additional work if you are comfortable with construction clean-up, painting, or general handyman-type tasks.
