Job Responsibilities:

Handle web leads and inbound calls from potential customers to convert into bookings

Accurately assess services and scope required for each lead (packing, moving, storage, junk removal etc.) and build estimates accordingly

Educate potential customers on TWO MEN AND A TRUCK's benefits as a leading full-service moving company through building trust and presenting value clearly

Perform high-volume outbound follow-ups on existing leads and current estimates to convert into bookings

Perform post-move follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high-quality brand standards

Accurately track all sales and service activity in our custom CRM software
Job Requirements

1-3 years of inside phone sales preferred; customer service experience an asset

Proven ability as a high-performing and competitive inside sales representative

Team player who can work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Fast learner that is comfortable with CRM platforms

Full-time in-person work from Monday-Friday with Saturdays on rotation.
