Wage: $45.00 – $50.00 / hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: 40 hours/week + On-Call rotation

- Top-Tier Base Pay: $45.00 per hour baseline wage for Journeymen. Highly experienced individuals with advanced diagnostic capabilities can earn up to $50.00 per hour.

Core Responsibilities
- Technical Excellence: Perform flawless diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services on residential and commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems.
- Upfront Pricing & Consulting: Assess system issues, price jobs accurately using our fair pricing guidelines, and present upfront options to customers before initiating work.
- On-Site Field Operations: Confidently operate our service software via smartphone or tablet, process invoices, and securely collect payments on-site from customers.
- Administrative Accuracy: Complete and submit accurate daily paperwork and service logs on time.
- Customer Care: Act as a trusted advisor in the field, maintaining our standard of absolute transparency and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Journeyman Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Mechanic licence.
- Valid Saskatchewan General or Domestic Gas Fitter licence.
- Proven residential or commercial HVAC service and diagnostic experience.
- Strong digital literacy with the ability to navigate field service software and mobile apps.
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong organizational skills to manage daily paperwork and transactions efficiently.
- Clean driving record and a valid Class 5 driver's licence. [1]
